Guidelines for Authors

Submission of Manuscript

  1. Send your manuscript at navdrishti@nkc.ac.in

  2. The author(s) are invited to submit original, scholarly articles and research papers on broad field that have not been published previously or submitted elsewhere and are not under the review for another publication.
  3. Undertaking to be submitted along with the manuscript.

Formatting of Manuscript

  1. Manuscript should include abstract about 200 words and 4-6 keywords.
  2. Manuscript should contain 2000-2500 words.
  3. Each section of manuscript should follow headings and subheadings. Numbers for the headings will not be accepted.
  4. Font style should be Times New Roman and size should be 12.
  5. Manuscript should be neatly typed on one side of A4 size paper.

Quotations, Tables, Figures and Images

  1. Double quotation mark should be used throughout. Spellings of words in quotations should not be changed. If quotation contains 40 words or more then it has to be separated from the text and indented for the first line of each subsequent paragraph and additional of 0.5 inch.
  2. Tables and figures should be indicated by numbers (eg. Table 1 and Figure 1).

Citation and References

  1. American Psychological Association (APA) 7th edition guidelines should be followed.
  2. In text citation for e.g. (Gupta, 2003); (Gupta & Sharma, 2005); Gupta (2003); Smith et al. (2009).
  3. References:
    • Journal article: Last, F. M. (Year of Publication). Article title: Subtitle. Journal Title, Volume(Issue), pp-pp. DOI/URL
    • Book: Last, F.M. (Year of publication) Book title. Publisher.
    • Book Chapter: Last, F. M. (Year Published). Title of chapter, Title of book (pp. Pages). Publisher. DOI or URL
    • Blog post: Author, A. A. (Year, Month Date). Title of blog post. Blog Name. https://xxxxx
    • Thesis and Dissertations: Author, A. A. (Date). Title: Subtitle [Type of thesis]. Name of institution awarding the degree.
