ABOUT THE COUNSELLING CELL

The Counselling Cell at Nagindas Khandwala College (Empowered Autonomous) offers free, confidential and non-judgmental counselling support to all bona fide students. It provides a welcoming space where students can express their concerns, explore their feelings and seek support without fear of being judged.

College life brings opportunities for learning and growth, along with academic demands, changing relationships and personal challenges. At times, these experiences may feel overwhelming. Counselling offers an opportunity to pause, understand what you are experiencing and explore ways to manage difficulties.

You can reach out for concerns related to academic stress, anxiety, mood, relationships, family, career, adjustment or any personal difficulty where you need support. You do not need to wait until a concern becomes serious to seek help.

Counselling is a collaborative process that can help you gain perspective, recognise your strengths, develop coping skills and make informed decisions. Your concerns will be heard with respect, empathy and sensitivity.
