Memorandum of Understanding between Khandwala College and ACCA

Khandwala College and ACCA have signed a Memorandum of Understanding in 2015 for collaboration and joint delivery of an ACCA oriented B. Com. programme. ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) is the global body for professional accountants. It offers business-relevant qualifications to people around the world who seek a rewarding career in accountancy, finance and management.

The Joint programme entails a student completing the entire ACCA qualification alongside their bachelor’s degree in India. The student needs to appear for a total of 14 examinations across 3 years of his/her degree programme. The classes are run on campus itself  through professional trainers from a learning partner of ACCA UK.

Students can take exams in Mumbai. The programme allows students to collect qualifications like the Diploma in Accounting and Business as well as the Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business from ACCA while studying for the ACCA Qualification.

Students with an aspiration to earn a globally recognized Bachelor's Degree also have the opportunity to qualify for a BSc in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University UK, en route to becoming an ACCA qualified professional.

ACCA supports its 170,000 members and 436,000 students in 180 countries, helping them to develop successful careers in accounting and business, with the skills required by employers. Through its public interest remit, ACCA promotes appropriate regulation of accounting and conducts relevant research to ensure accountancy continues to grow in reputation and influence.
